By approving the following terms and conditions and sending us your information,
you are applying for an expo area. When you have received an order confirmation or invoice, you are registered as
exhibitor.
Once your application has been processed and approved by us,
we will send you an order confirmation by mail for your exhibition area along with an invoice for the mandatory
registration fee.
The registration fee is binding and cannot be cancelled. Should Mittia have to cancel or re-schedule, the
registration fee will be delivered to its full value through Mittias own digital channels and will not be
refunded.
Invoice date and terms of payment for your exhibition area appear on the order confirmation and we ask you to please
check that all the information is correct.
Please note that Mittia Event AB reserves the right to deny an application.
Only the order confirmation from Mittia Event AB confirms that you have received an exhibition area.
We reserve the right to deny applications that are contrary to the terms and conditions of the expo and to demand
payment in advance without the option of cancellation/credit from companies that we have no prior business relations
with.
• Exhibitors and co-exhibitors shall exclusively be the manufacturer/principal of the products in the expo area, or a
distributor/retailer with the authorization from the manufacturer/principal to in some way market these products.
Only companies with professional products/services for each expo’s visitors are approved. This also applies to
marketing through e.g. dialogue, printed material, website etc., that is, not solely to what the exhibitor exhibits
in the expo area.
We will also contact you personally for the further planning of your participation at the expo. The contact
information that you have submitted will be published in our exhibitor directory and you will receive other
marketing material from us.
At a possible cancellation, the following will apply:
All cancellations will be done in writing by email to: kansli@mittia.com
Cancelling 6 months before the first day of the expo = no invoice for the booked exhibition area will be sent
Cancelling between 6 to 4 months before the first day of the expo = an invoice for the booked exhibition area with a
50% deduction is sent when the cancellation is received.
Cancelling between 4 months to 2 weeks before the first day of the expo = an invoice for the booked exhibition area
with a 20 % deduction is sent when the cancellation is received.
Cancelling later than 2 weeks before the first day of the expo = no deduction.
When submitting your registration, you approve Mittia Event AB to handle your contact information in accordance with
the GDPR law. Only the most necessary information for expo planning and invoicing regarding you and your employer
will be saved for maximum 10 years. You also approve Mittia Event AB to share your information with our partners
within expo booth services, magazine/pr- and marketing, accommodations and transport services.
